lululemon has finally caught on to the fact that the reason so many women love the Deep V Tank is because it makes their boobs look great. It does for boobs what the groove pants does for bums.
I still can’t actually believe that the hang tag on the new version of the Deep V Tank, the Deep V Tank II, really reads “If you got’em, flaunt’em in the gym”. It sort of makes the objectification official. But the new tank is incredible.
The new version of this tank has the same medium support, relaxed stomach, brushed elastic and smooth straps. But it also features increased ventilation (the racerback is now mesh, along with the shelf bra) - and I find that it keeps everything in place a little bit better. The built in bra has been updated, and the V is cut slightly higher in the front - providing a bit more coverage. Also, the new tank comes in a wide variety of colors / patterns / and even some metallic options. The new look is flattering, innovative and even more functional than previous versions.
Yes, the tank makes your boobs look awesome. But what if you don’t, ahem, got ‘em? I say, if you don’t got ‘em, you still look like you do in this tank, so flaunt away.
