At lululover, customer satisfaction is always our top priority.
Our dedicated QC and QA teams will inspect your items prior to shipping. Our product quality is guaranteed. However, you do need to carefully and accurately check your size before buying. Please kindly reference the size chart(s) on the product page.
At lululover, returning is as easy as 1-2-3! You have nothing to lose! We will refund you if you are not 100% satisfied. we gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery for the items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unwashed and with all the original labels attached in original packaging.Please note that the shipping fee must be covered by the customer.

- RETURNS THE GOODS
- Put the item(s) in the original packaging and send it through local post office.
- REFUND OR EXCHANGED
- Once we receive your package, we will immediately process the refund or exchange based on our return conditions.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days upon receiving your return at the warehouse. If it has been longer than two weeks, please contact us at [email protected]
PLS PAY ATTENTION:
- We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without notifying us first via email ([email protected]).
- Any addresses on the parcel are not the return address, pls must contact customer service team to provide you a correct return address.
- Order Returned without an authorized return address from customer service staff will not be refunded.
- Clearance products do not support return and exchange. (For example, an page or collection named with "Clearance" or a product with "Clearance" in the title)
ITEMS THAT CAN BE RETURNED/REFUNDED OR EXCHANGED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING MUST FOLLOW THE CRITERIA AS BELOW:
(1). Faulty items damaged/broken, or soiled upon arrival.
(2). Items received in the incorrect size/color.
(3). Unwashed, unworn, and unused item(s) that have not met your expectation within 14 days of receiving.
Contact our Support Center(Email: [email protected]lulover.com) as soon as possible if you come across any of the above situations. If for any reason you decide you no longer want the item. You can report it to us within 14 days of receiving it for a partial refund of the item cost.
We will not accept returns in the following conditions:
- Items outside the 14 days warranty time-frame.
- Washed, worn, used, or misused items.
- Items under the following categories: Sale, Swimwear, Lingerie are not covered by the warranty.
4.Clearance sale items are not eligible for return.
- Please Contact Us within 14 days starting from the day you have received your order.
- The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: underwear, pajamas, swimwear and accessories.
- Returned items must be in unused condition with the original packaging. We do not accept returned items that's worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
- We do not accept returned items sent back directly without our Return Staff assessment or go signal. Make sure to check returns with our staff first.
- Once the returned merchandise is received your money will be refunded back to you. firechicscannot refund, reimburse, cover, or otherwise be responsible for any cost not paid to lululover. This includes any customs taxes or VAT as well as any return shipping costs you may incur in the refund process. Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment used to purchase the order. Once your refund is issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
- We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. Shipping cost for the returned packages are non-refundable.
- Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of on products.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS & ADDRESS
- Please be sure to contact our after-sales customer service to get the specific address of the return!
- All shipping cost are at the customers expense. This includes shipping cost for a return or exchange. Shipping cost are non-refundable. We kindly recommend you carefully check the size information and confirm all your order details before placing the order from courier.
- Please contact your local post office to confirm the actual return shipping cost. We recommend you use the cheapest registered airmail method that is available.
We offer full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase. You should submit a help ticket from Contact Us once you decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fee. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.
-All delivery times are estimated, and lululover is not responsible for delays due to some unpredicted factors (weather, courier factors, customer error, holiday-related delays) or any other unforeseen factors.
-Once a package has been packed or shipped out, we cannot change the shipping address for you.Please ensure the shipping address is correct during the checkout. We are not liable for packages lost due to incomplete or inaccurate addresses.
-All orders reported as "delivered" by shipping companies are considered delivered. firechicscannot be made liable of packages lost in this case.
-lululover strongly recommends all customers purchase shipping insurance during checkout. This ensures that if there is any issue during the delivery process that lululover will either send you the same product free of charge or refund you in full.
Orders that do not have shipping insurance will not be the responsibility of firechicsif there is an issue during the shipping process.
Import tax differs from country to country which is depends on the local policy of the country. lululover can neither be held responsible for any import tax that may occur and it is the customer's sole responsibility to pay this fee.
Currently, lululover didn't authorize any third party for business purposes. Any purchases in any other third party are out of our warranty.

HOW CAN I GET MY TRACK&TRACE CODE?
Once your order has been filled, you will receive a Shipping Notification email. This email will include your tracking number and a link to check order status. You can also go to your account page to check order status. In some instances, carrier's tracking information may only be available in 1-2 business days after the order is shipped.
Order Address Error
Please contact customer service immediately to change your address before the shipment. Once the items are shipped, the address cannot be changed.
WILL MY PACKAGE BE DELIVERED TO MY HOUSE OR TO THE POST OFFICE FOR ME TO PICK IT UP?
Your order will arrive at your house. There may be exceptions that door-to-door delivery service is not provided in particular cities / areas / countries, though this is rare.

In general, the free standard shipping fee is only applicable to orders with a total value (after discount) over US$69.00. Otherwise, the corresponding shipping fee will need to be paid according to the order.
